Accounts Executive – Billing & Invoicing
About the Role
Bunny's Limited is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Billing & Invoicing) for its corporate finance team in Lahore. The executive will prepare commercial invoices, reconcile distributor accounts, verify billing records, and support daily accounts receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and delivery challans in the accounting system.
- Reconcile customer billing ledgers against bank receipts and distributor sales statements.
- Maintain updated billing archives, sales tax invoices, and verified accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with sales operations and warehouse dispatch teams to promptly resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate periodic accounts receivable aging analyses and revenue reports for finance management.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and corporate accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and specialized accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical precision, and adherence to accounting schedules.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the FMCG, bakery, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing sector.
- Working knowledge of provincial sales tax on goods (PRA / FBR) invoicing regulations.
