Accounts Executive
About the Role
Fauji Fresh n Freeze Limited (a Fauji Foundation company) is recruiting an Accounts Executive at its Lahore Head Office. The role manages vendor payments, ledger reconciliations, sales tax withholding, and routine financial accounting using SAP ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor bills, verify goods receipt notes (GRN), and schedule accurate supplier disbursements.
- Execute monthly bank, customer, and supplier ledger reconciliations, rectifying variances promptly.
- Handle withholding tax (WHT) deductions, provincial sales tax withholding, and tax documentation maintenance.
- Maintain fixed assets registers, amortization schedules, and prepayments in SAP ERP.
- Support the senior finance team in monthly closing procedures and management reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing complete transaction documentation and schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- B.Com, BBA (Finance), or Master's in Commerce from an accredited university.
- 2–4 years of corporate accounting experience in an FMCG or food processing manufacturing company.
- Practical working knowledge of Pakistani withholding tax, sales tax rules, and FBR requirements.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP ERP (FI/CO modules) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and disciplined work habits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-qualified ACCA, CA Inter, or CMA.
- Prior experience in agribusiness or frozen food manufacturing accounting.
