Admin Assistant
About the Role
Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited is looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant in Karachi to support day-to-day office operations, vendor management, asset procurement, and executive administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, reception coordination, and administrative correspondence
- Maintain organizational filing systems, official documents, contracts, and administrative records
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to obtain, compare, and finalize commercial quotations
- Oversee office inventory, stationary supplies, kitchen supplies, and utility equipment replenishment
- Support arrangements for executive board meetings, corporate hospitality, and official events
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline
- 4 to 5 years of relevant administrative and office management experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities, vendor coordination, and price negotiation skills
- Polite interpersonal etiquette and fluent written and verbal business communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in asset management, real estate investment, or corporate financial institutions
