About the Role
Amreli Steels Limited is hiring an energetic Administration Officer for its manufacturing facility at Dhabeji near Karachi. The officer manages plant canteen services, fleet operations, shift transport rosters, residential accommodations, and site housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant canteen operations, food quality standards, hygienic kitchen practices, menu rotations, and vendor billing.
- Supervise company vehicle fleet, scheduled maintenance, fuel logs, and 24/7 shift transport schedules for factory workforce.
- Oversee facility housekeeping, sanitation schedules, building maintenance repairs, and industrial waste disposal.
- Manage employee residential colony allocations, basic utility maintenance, civil upkeep, and access control security.
- Verify daily biometric attendance, shift overtime logs, and submit accurate payroll administrative inputs to HR.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Graduation / Bachelor's degree (BA / B.Com / BBA) from a recognized university.
- 1 to 2 years of proven administrative experience in an industrial plant or manufacturing factory setup.
- Working knowledge of fleet management, contractor supervision, and workplace safety practices.
- Basic computer literacy in MS Excel and operational understanding of ERP tools (SAP/Softronics).
- Strong problem-solving capability and readiness to work on-site at Dhabeji, Karachi.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising industrial catering and employee shift transportation in steel or heavy manufacturing.
- Residence in Malir, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, or adjacent areas for easy commute to Dhabeji.
