About the Role
Sana Safinaz is seeking an Assistant Manager Visual Merchandising in Islamabad to execute luxury retail store presentations, mannequin styling, window displays, and brand aesthetic standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly audits of retail outlets across Islamabad and Rawalpindi to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Implement seasonal window displays, festive collection themes, and store visual layouts aligned with brand guidelines
- Style mannequins with coordinated luxury apparel, accessories, and footwear for new collection launches
- Train and guide retail store teams and sales staff on daily display maintenance, color blocking, and fold aesthetics
- Prepare weekly visual audit reports, photographic documentation, and recommend store display enhancements
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in a high-end luxury fashion retail brand
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, spatial awareness, and creative styling flair
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with store managers and creative leadership
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and photo reporting apps; willingness to travel to regional stores
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with prominent designer lawn, pret, or luxury evening-wear retail networks
