About the Role
Kohat Cement Company Limited (KCCL) is hiring an Area Incharge - Employee Services to oversee regional HR operations, employee facilitation, camp administration, and workforce welfare across its regional marketing and site facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct employee support services covering regional office facilities, staff transport, cafeteria, and residential accommodations.
- Manage regional employee grievances, disciplinary compliance, attendance records, and leave management.
- Coordinate medical insurance claims, annual health check-ups, and worker welfare programs.
- Oversee general administrative maintenance, vendor security services, and janitorial operations across regional hubs.
- Liaise with local municipal authorities, police departments, and statutory bodies for routine administrative permissions.
- Support corporate HR in regional onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement events.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of experience in employee services, facility administration, or HR operations in heavy manufacturing/cement industries.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve employee conflicts, handle administrative logistics, and manage camp services.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and government liaison capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ex-armed forces personnel (Junior Commissioned Officer / Captain) with corporate administrative experience.
- Knowledge of KPK and Punjab industrial welfare enactments.
