Area Sales Manager (FMCG)
About the Role
Global Marks Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager in Faisalabad to manage distributor channels, drive personal & baby care FMCG product sales, and lead territory sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and volume targets for FMCG personal care, baby care, and home care brands across the region
- Supervise and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retail trade partner networks in Faisalabad territory
- Lead, motivate, and mentor Territory Sales Executives and booking representatives to maximize route productivity
- Monitor market inventory, merchandising visibility, product shelf share, and competitor promotions
- Manage trade discounts, promotional budgets, and distributor claim settlements within financial policies
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- 4 to 7 years of proven FMCG sales experience, with at least 2 years in personal care, baby care, or hygiene goods
- Strong knowledge of distributor operations, retail trade dynamics, and market expansion strategies
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools and territory reporting in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's / MBA with extensive existing distribution connections across the Faisalabad and Central Punjab division
