About the Role
Hayat Kimya Pakistan is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Gujranwala to drive primary/secondary FMCG sales, distributor execution, and product visibility for Molfix, Papia, and Familia brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales revenue targets across the assigned Gujranwala territory.
- Lead, train, and coach the territory field sales team to maximize retail outlet coverage and order booking.
- Manage FMCG distributor operations, inventory buffer stocks, and financial reconciliations.
- Oversee the execution of trade promotion schemes, visual merchandising, and in-store product placements.
- Track territory sales KPIs, identify competitive market trends, and implement corrective distribution strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant sales experience in leading FMCG companies.
- Proven track record of distributor governance and field sales team leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, territory planning, and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in personal care, baby diapers, or tissue paper categories.
