Area Sales Manager
About the Role
Nestlé Pakistan is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager in Karachi to spearhead field sales operations, lead distributor management, and drive channel growth across Out-of-Home (OOH) segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team to surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage key distributor accounts, trade operations, and territory inventory planning.
- Execute Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD) strategies to expand market penetration.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with B2B, HORECA, and institutional clients.
- Analyze market sales data, identify competitor trends, and implement trade marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven field sales and key account management experience (Out-of-Home/OOH experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, distributor governance, and team coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics and commercial trade operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- FMCG multinational exposure and demonstrated commercial negotiation acumen.
