Assistant (BPS-15)
About the Role
National Council for Homoeopathy (NCH), Islamabad, invites applications for appointment of Assistant (BPS-15) on regular basis to handle statutory regulatory filings, official correspondence, and administrative case files.
Key Responsibilities
- Process statutory practitioner registration applications, renewal verifications, and regulatory council files
- Draft official office notes, summaries, correspondence, and meeting minutes under Secretariat Instructions
- Maintain Council archives, institutional records, and statutory inspection reports of homeopathic medical colleges
- Manage computer data entry, digital documentation, and official communications using MS Office
- Assist Council Registrar and executive officers in conducting Council meetings and examinations
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree) from an HEC-recognized university
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer operations including MS Word, Excel, and electronic archiving
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years plus 05 years general age relaxation (up to 30 years)
- Domicile: Open Merit (All Pakistan quota)
- Good drafting ability and disciplined organizational work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior office assistant or record management experience in statutory councils or government departments
