Assistant Manager – Cash Management Sales (CIBG)
About the Role
Soneri Bank Limited is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager Sales in its Cash Management Division (Corporate & Investment Banking Group - CIBG) in Karachi. The position focuses on selling advanced electronic cash collection and payment solutions to corporate and commercial banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit, pitch, and secure lucrative Cash Management mandates from corporate and commercial banking clients.
- Manage assigned cash management client portfolios to maximize transaction revenues and float balances.
- Collaborate with Corporate Banking relationship managers and Operations to seamlessly onboard new cash management clients.
- Provide in-depth client presentations on web-based collection portals, host-to-host integrations, and automated disbursement tools.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and maintain premier service quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in cash management sales, transaction banking, or corporate banking.
- Sound knowledge of domestic payment clearing systems (PRISM, 1Link, Raast) and electronic cash management products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under sales targets in a fast-paced banking environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's / MBA degree in Banking & Finance.
- Proven relationships with corporate treasuries and large business enterprises in Karachi.
