About the Role
Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) is hiring an Assistant Manager Hospitality in Lahore to oversee hospital guest services, patient accommodation quality, room amenities, and catering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise hospital housekeeping, inpatient room amenities, sanitation, and linen management protocols
- Direct patient guest relations, VIP ward reception, and coordinate personalized services for patients and attendants
- Monitor dietary services, inpatient catering hygiene, and food delivery timelines across hospital wards
- Conduct regular audits of executive rooms, waiting lounges, and common hospital areas to maintain high standards
- Manage hospitality staff training, resolve patient grievances, and elevate overall patient experience ratings
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in hotel hospitality, luxury guest services, or tertiary hospital patient care
- Knowledge of hospital hygiene protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospitality service standards
- Warm interpersonal demeanour, empathetic customer service orientation, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in hospital information systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an ISO-certified or JCIA-accredited healthcare facility
