Assistant Manager HR (IR / ER)
About the Role
Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager HR (IR/ER) at its Karachi office. The role oversees employee relations, industrial relations, labor law compliance, and statutory registrations including SESSI and EOBI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, investigating grievances and administering workplace disciplinary procedures.
- Draft, issue, and manage show-cause notices, charge sheets, explanation letters, and domestic inquiry proceedings under labor laws.
- Administer statutory compliance across SESSI, EOBI, WWF, and Labor Welfare funds, ensuring accurate registrations and timely contribution payments.
- Coordinate with provincial labor departments, inspectors, and statutory authorities regarding notices, audits, and routine inspections.
- Advise corporate management on emerging labor laws, industrial court rulings, and workplace safety compliance.
- Maintain centralized records for third-party contracted workforce, ensuring vendor adherence to minimum wage and legal stipulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Law (LLB), or Business Administration.
- 4–5 years of dedicated corporate experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Labor Laws in Pakistan.
- Thorough command of Sindh Industrial Relations Act, Payment of Wages Act, Factories Act, and EOBI/SESSI regulations.
- Outstanding conflict resolution, inquiry conduct, and legal drafting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Preferred Qualifications
- LLB degree with corporate employment law exposure.
- Prior experience in real estate asset management or commercial facility operations.
