Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP)
About the Role
Burque Corporation Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager - HRBP in Karachi to partner with commercial and distribution sales leadership, manage employee relations, drive performance management, and oversee talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR Business Partner for commercial distribution sales and warehouse operations divisions
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, talent acquisition, confirmations, promotions, and transfers
- Facilitate performance management systems (PMS), KPI setting, appraisal reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Resolve employee grievances, handle disciplinary inquiries, and maintain harmonious industrial employee relations
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and HR analytics reporting
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partnering capacity
- Proven HR experience within FMCG sales distribution, logistics, or multi-location commercial networks
- Strong commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset, and knowledge of Pakistani labor laws
- High emotional intelligence, consultative communication, and conflict resolution abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and AI-driven human resource software systems
