About the Role
Printkraft Private Limited (a subsidiary of Interloop Holdings) is hiring an AM/DM Post-Press in Faisalabad to oversee daily post-press finishing, machine maintenance, OEE data analysis, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily post-press operations, production scheduling, and finishing lines to guarantee OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries.
- Monitor machinery operations, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and minimize production downtime.
- Supervise and train shop-floor technical staff to enhance productivity and workplace safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and packaging quality assurance using OEE data tracking.
- Collaborate with Production Planning and Quality Control teams using ERP software to optimize material flows.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in printing and packaging, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with post-press machinery, die-cutting, folding, and gluing lines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-speed carton converting lines in export packaging facilities.
