Assistant Manager Sales (Retail & Corporate)
About the Role
Atlas Asset Management Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales in Karachi to acquire retail and corporate investment clients, pitch mutual fund portfolios, and expand Assets Under Management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new mutual fund and voluntary pension scheme (VPS) sales across retail high-net-worth and corporate segments
- Identify prospective investors, conduct financial needs analysis, and deliver investment portfolio recommendations
- Maintain active relationship management with existing investors to support portfolio diversification and retention
- Track macroeconomic developments, equity and fixed-income market trends, and SECP mutual fund regulations
- Maintain sales pipeline records in CRM, prepare activity reports, and consistently achieve monthly AUM targets
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Commerce
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in financial sales, mutual funds, wealth management, or commercial banking
- Sound comprehension of Pakistani financial markets, Islamic mutual funds, and fixed-income products
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and high-impact negotiation capabilities
- Target-driven mindset with high integrity and professional ethics
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Mutual Fund / AMFI / IFMP certification in sales and marketing of collective investment schemes
