Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM)
About the Role
14th Street Pizza is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) in North Nazimabad, Karachi, to supervise restaurant operations, manage kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensure exceptional dining quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily restaurant operations, kitchen workflow, dining room hospitality, and delivery dispatch logistics
- Train, coach, and supervise shift captains, kitchen crew, and rider staff to ensure high productivity and customer service
- Maintain food quality standards, portion controls, inventory management, and raw material wastage minimization
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and kitchen equipment maintenance standards per municipal and company SOPs
- Monitor daily cash reconciliation, POS system balancing, shift reports, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Intermediate with relevant hospitality diploma
- Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability in restaurant P&L, inventory audits, shift management, and labor scheduling
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer grievance resolution skills
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts in a dynamic, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with prominent national or international pizza and burger restaurant chains in Karachi
