Associate – Billing & Invoicing (T-1)
About the Role
Engro Enfrashare is seeking a detail-oriented Associate – Billing & Invoicing (Grade T-1) in Islamabad. The role manages tenant billing cycles, telecom tower lease calculations, SAP revenue entries, and monthly reconciliations for Pakistan's premier independent telecom infrastructure provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze master lease agreements and site sharing contracts to compute accurate periodic customer billing schedules.
- Execute monthly internal and external revenue reconciliations with mobile network operators (MNOs).
- Generate and disburse commercial invoices, credit/debit notes, and record revenue transactions accurately in SAP.
- Calculate and post monthly revenue accruals, deferred revenue balances, and energy pass-through billings.
- Coordinate with regional operations and enterprise customer accounting teams to expedite invoice approvals and collections.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or ACCA finalist.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of enterprise ERP systems (SAP preferred) and intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical accuracy, contract comprehension, and organizational discipline.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in the telecom infrastructure (TowerCo) or telecommunications sector.
- Familiarity with energy pass-through and power reconciliation mechanisms in tower operations.
