BTEC Level 3 Coordinator
About the Role
Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges is inviting applications for the position of BTEC Level 3 Coordinator at its campus in Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. The coordinator will manage the academic operations, faculty instruction, Pearson quality assurance compliance, and student progress for the BTEC qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic and administrative operations of the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Business programme.
- Deliver designated curriculum units and ensure interactive, high-standard classroom instruction.
- Manage faculty timetables, assignment schedules, student assessment tracking, and submission deadlines.
- Enforce rigorous compliance with Pearson BTEC quality assurance guidelines, internal verification (IV), and standard grading rubrics.
- Liaise with students, parents, and administrative leadership to ensure student academic success and smooth progression.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven teaching and academic coordination experience in reputable international school systems or colleges.
- Demonstrated understanding of Pearson Edexcel / BTEC assessment structures and verification protocols.
- Exceptional English communication, organizational, and pedagogical leadership abilities.
- Passion for innovative educational methodologies and vocational skills development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior formal experience as a Pearson BTEC Internal Verifier (IV) or Lead Internal Verifier.
- Recognized teaching certification or post-graduate diploma in education (PGDE).
