About the Role
eShifa (Shifa International Hospitals Enterprise) is hiring a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Islamabad to lead its digital health, telemedicine, and home healthcare enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational governance for eShifa across Pakistan
- Expand home healthcare, telehealth, home lab, and virtual consultation offerings while driving business profitability
- Maintain overall accountability for organizational financial performance, P&L stewardship, capital investments, and revenue growth
- Ensure adherence to international healthcare quality standards and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation
- Supervise the Medical Directorate, Operations, Technology, and Business Development leadership teams
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, MBA, or medical degree (MBBS) with executive management qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of progressive executive leadership experience in reputable healthcare organizations or complex health systems
- Demonstrated senior leadership in digital health, telemedicine, or home healthcare services
- Proven track record of financial stewardship, strategic scaling, and stakeholder management
- In-depth understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and clinical quality governance
Preferred Qualifications
- Executive experience in a JCI-accredited tertiary hospital group or international health enterprise
