About the Role
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites top executives for the MP-I position of CEO at the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company (CEASDC) in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall operational governance for the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company
- Establish nationwide policy frameworks, clinical guidelines, and educational standards for autism spectrum disorder support
- Collaborate with international autism research institutes, developmental pediatric centers, and donor organizations
- Oversee administrative, financial, human resource, and specialized rehabilitation operations under federal regulations
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and Ministry on strategic milestones, research outputs, and institutional growth
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification professional experience, with at least 5 years at an executive senior leadership level
- Proven record in organizational turnaround, policy formulation, and large-scale public or developmental administration
- High acumen in corporate governance, public finance, and multi-stakeholder management
- Pakistani citizenship with exemplary ethical standing and executive leadership acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Special Education, Child Development, Public Health, or extensive leadership in inclusive education institutions
