Credit Risk Management Officer
About the Role
OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited (formerly ORIX Leasing) is hiring an Officer / Senior Officer Credit Risk Management in Lahore to analyze commercial financial statements, evaluate borrower risks, and prepare credit proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate and SME borrower financial statements, cash flow viability, and debt service coverage ratios
- Evaluate credit proposals for equipment leasing, auto finance, and corporate working capital facilities
- Review collateral valuations, credit bureau reports (e-CIB), and industry sector risk indicators
- Prepare objective credit assessment reports and risk grading notes for Credit Risk Committees
- Monitor post-sanction covenant compliance, financial statement submissions, and early warning loan indicators
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- ACCA qualified or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of credit analysis or financial analysis experience (fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered)
- Strong financial statement analysis, ratio calculation, and report writing capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially financial modeling in MS Excel)
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and familiarity with credit evaluation methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or banking experience in corporate leasing, SME credit, or commercial lending
