Customer Representative Officer
About the Role
Urbansole is hiring a Customer Representative Officer on a 3-month contract at DHA Phase 8, Lahore, to handle e-commerce customer support, order verification calls, courier tracking, and social media inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for online shoe order verification, sizing confirmation, and address validation
- Coordinate with third-party courier delivery partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax) to resolve in-transit delays and delivery issues
- Handle inbound customer telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries regarding orders and exchange policies
- Manage social media customer interactions on Facebook and Instagram, responding to comments and direct messages professionally
- Maintain delivery logs, update CRM records, and follow up on customer satisfaction until successful order fulfillment
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- 6 to 12 months of customer service, e-commerce support, or logistics coordination experience
- Pleasant phone voice with fluent verbal and written communication in Urdu and English
- Proficiency in managing customer service across social channels, WhatsApp, and basic MS Excel
- Dedicated problem solver with a customer-centric attitude and ability to handle pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer support experience with retail fashion, footwear, or e-commerce brands in Pakistan
