Deputy Director Development (PPG-07)
About the Role
Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) is hiring a Deputy Director Development (PPG-07) on a 3-year contract in Lahore with a monthly salary of Rs. 218,250 to oversee Arazi Record Center (ARC) construction and civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct construction, renovation, and maintenance of Arazi Record Centers (ARCs) across all districts of Punjab
- Prepare civil engineering project estimates, tender specifications, BOQs, and architectural drawings
- Supervise on-site civil works, structural quality testing, and contractor performance in compliance with PEC standards
- Verify contractor interim payment certificates (IPCs), final billing reconciliations, and milestone completion reports
- Coordinate with District Administrations, Buildings Department, and utility agencies for timely ARC operational readiness
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with Professional Engineer membership from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering and project development experience in reputable public or private sector organizations
- Strong understanding of public sector civil procurement (PPRA rules), contract administration, and project scheduling
- Age Bracket: 25 to 40 years
- Excellent technical documentation, site inspection, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record managing multi-district public infrastructure buildings in Punjab
