Deputy Director IT / Senior Manager IT (BPS-18)
About the Role
Sindh Public Service Commission invites applications for the position of Deputy Director (IT) / Senior Manager IT (BPS-18) in the Enquiries & Anti-Corruption Establishment Sindh to spearhead digital forensics and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and technical oversight of enterprise IT projects and database systems across Sindh
- Manage anti-corruption inquiry management systems, online complaint tracking portals, and digital forensic tools
- Ensure cybersecurity, network infrastructure reliability, and high-level data protection for sensitive investigation records
- Collaborate with investigation wings to extract, preserve, and analyze digital evidence in compliance with legal standards
- Train departmental officers on digital investigation workflows, case management software, and modern IT tools
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university (at least 2nd Division)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT project implementation, software management, and IT operations
- Strong background in enterprise software architectures, database administration (SQL/Oracle), and cybersecurity
- Age Limit: 28 to 35 years
- Domicile of Sindh (Rural quota)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Digital Forensics, PMP, or Cyber Security (CHFI, CISSP, CEH)
