Deputy Manager – Internal Audit (Risk & Controls)
About the Role
Sadaqat Limited is hiring an experienced Deputy Manager – Internal Audit for its Corporate Head Office at Sadaqat Industrial Park, Faisalabad. The professional will spearhead risk-based internal audits, evaluate internal financial and operational controls, verify inventory procedures, and monitor corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk-based annual internal audit plans covering manufacturing, procurement, payroll, and financial operations.
- Conduct in-depth operational and compliance audits to evaluate internal control effectiveness and process efficiencies.
- Prepare audit working papers, identify control deficiencies, and draft comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Present audit findings to executive leadership and monitor the time-bound implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPA).
- Investigate operational irregularities, inventory variances, and recommend robust fraud prevention controls.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- CA (Inter) / ACMA / ACCA / MS in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive internal or external auditing experience.
- Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO), risk assessment methodologies, and corporate governance standards.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and financial reporting skills.
- Exemplary objective integrity, critical thinking, and professional communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional credentials such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA.
- Audit experience within a premier textile composite manufacturer or top-tier accounting firm.
