Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Solar Sales
About the Role
Bestway Renewable Technology is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Sales in Islamabad to drive commercial and industrial solar power system sales, negotiate EPC contracts, and develop clean energy client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for commercial and industrial (C&I) solar photovoltaic (PV) turnkey EPC solutions
- Identify prospective industrial clients, evaluate site feasibility, and present customized solar return-on-investment (ROI) models
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and technical proposal submission to commercial negotiations and closing
- Collaborate with renewable engineering design teams to structure optimized solar PV system configurations
- Maintain active stakeholder communication, achieve annual MW sales quotas, and represent the brand at renewable energy expos
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA / MBA or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience specifically in solar energy, solar EPC, or renewable power equipment
- Deep understanding of solar net-metering regulations, solar inverters, PV modules, and industrial electricity tariffs
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and corporate ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Exceptional verbal presentation, commercial proposal drafting, and client relationship skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Established portfolio of corporate and industrial manufacturing clients looking for solar transitions
