About the Role
Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is hiring a Director HR & Admin in Lahore offering a lump-sum salary of Rs. 750,000 per month to lead human resources, organizational development, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all HR and general administrative functions across PEIMA
- Formulate and implement human resource policies, talent acquisition frameworks, and performance appraisal systems
- Oversee administrative logistics, procurement of office assets, transport management, and facility operations
- Ensure compliance with Punjab Government rules, statutory regulations, and public sector employment policies
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer and Governing Body on workforce planning, capacity building, and institutional governance
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education (Master's / MBA / MPA) in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, or Social Sciences
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of post-qualification professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role
- Demonstrated record of institutional development, public administration, and human capital transformation
- Age Bracket: 35 to 55 years
- High integrity, strategic vision, and executive leadership capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience heading HR & Administration in autonomous government authorities, public sector companies, or international development projects
