District Manager (Multi-Unit Operations)
About the Role
Domino's Pizza Pakistan is seeking an operational leader for the position of District Manager in Karachi. The incumbent will oversee operations, sales growth, guest experience, food quality, and restaurant profitability across multiple high-volume store locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to achieve superior operational and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Drive sales revenue, EBITDA profitability, and cost-control targets (food cost, labor cost, wastage) across all assigned stores.
- Conduct regular store operational audits, ensuring strict adherence to international Domino's food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing store crew and develop assistant managers into future RGMs.
- Oversee smooth launches for new store openings, local marketing promotions, and high-volume delivery operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of operational experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or retail dining, with at least 2 years in multi-store leadership.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, store budgeting, labor scheduling, and delivery logistics.
- Proven leadership capability in managing diverse restaurant teams in fast-paced retail settings.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned districts in Karachi.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multinational QSR pizza or burger chains (e.g., Domino's, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, KFC).
- Certifications in Food Hygiene, HACCP, or international QSR audit frameworks.
