Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales Consultant
About the Role
BYD Pakistan (Mega Motor Co) is hiring an EV Sales Consultant at its flagship Metropole showroom in Karachi to guide premium car buyers, conduct electric vehicle demonstrations, and deliver luxury customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage premium showroom visitors, conduct product presentations, and explain new electric vehicle (EV) technologies
- Conduct professional test drives, demonstrating EV acceleration, regenerative braking, and smart cabin features
- Guide prospective buyers through vehicle booking, financing options, insurance arrangements, and delivery protocols
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly vehicle booking targets while updating CRM records
- Act as an In-House Trainer to conduct product knowledge sessions for new sales staff on EV battery architectures
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury automobile or imported vehicle dealerships
- Passion for electric mobility, smart vehicle technology, and premium customer service excellence
- Polished presentation skills, fluent verbal communication, and persuasive closing capability
- Strong client follow-up discipline and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in premium automotive brand dealerships (Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Haval, MG)
