About the Role
The University of South Asia (USA) in Lahore is hiring a tech-savvy Female Executive Assistant to work directly with the Head of the MAYA AI Project, supporting AI tutor development, PR, and institutional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Head of MAYA AI Project, managing schedules, correspondence, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate project milestones for the MAYA AI Tutor initiative, liaising with developers, educationalists, and testers.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for documentation, research briefs, presentations, and draft communications.
- Manage public relations, institutional partnerships, and digital outreach for university AI initiatives.
- Organize technical assessments, AI-assisted video interviews, and project reporting records.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, English, Media Studies, or Business).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in executive assistance, PR, or IT project coordination.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with polished professional communication.
- Demonstrated daily familiarity with Generative AI productivity tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini).
- Maximum age: 32 years (Female candidates only as designated by the project mandate).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior background in educational technology or software product coordination.
