Executive Production (Curing Section)
About the Role
Servis Tyres Pvt Ltd is recruiting an Executive Production for its Tyre Curing Section in Gujrat. The role directs production shifts, curing press operational cycles, manpower allocation, and defect reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shop-floor manpower deployment and shift supervision in the Curing Section to consistently achieve production targets.
- Continuously monitor curing press temperatures, bladder pressures, cycle times, and scrap rejection levels.
- Implement total quality management protocols and enforce strict adherence to tyre cure manufacturing specifications.
- Uphold stringent workplace health, safety, environment (HSE), and 5S housekeeping standards on the curing floor.
- Facilitate seamless shift handovers, document equipment downtime, and coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory production experience in a tyre or rubber manufacturing plant.
- Solid understanding of industrial vulcanization processes, shift planning, and manpower management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with modern automated hydraulic tyre curing presses.
