Executive – Security & Loss Prevention
About the Role
Imtiaz Group (Private) Limited is hiring an Executive – Security & Loss Prevention for its mega retail store operations in Quetta. The incumbent will oversee store security infrastructure, CCTV monitoring, loss prevention strategies, internal theft investigations, and physical safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise retail security personnel, security supervisors, and third-party guard forces across the Quetta store complex.
- Implement loss prevention programs to minimize shoplifting, inventory shrinkage, internal fraud, and cashier discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance coverage, electronic article surveillance (EAS) gates, and access control systems.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches or stock losses and prepare detailed disciplinary inquiry reports.
- Coordinate emergency fire safety drills, crowd control during festival shopping rushes, and maintain emergency response plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 7 years of proven security and loss prevention experience, preferably in hypermarkets, shopping malls, or commercial complexes.
- Demonstrated ability in conducting corporate theft investigations and interrogations.
- Strong physical presence, composure under high-stress incidents, and effective guard force command.
- Willingness to manage shift-based security duties in Quetta.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retired Armed Forces Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or certified retail security professional.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA / IOSH) or Fire Safety.
