About the Role
OPPO Pakistan (IMPEL Tech) is expanding its retail presence and seeks an ambitious Experience Store Sales Manager in Lahore. The manager will lead high-profile brand experience stores, drive smartphone sales volume, execute flagship launch promotions, and mentor frontline retail sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share across OPPO Experience Stores in the assigned metropolitan zone.
- Execute high-impact product launch campaigns, in-store merchandising displays, and seasonal promotional rollouts.
- Conduct regular store operational audits, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
- Coordinate with Head Office trade marketing and supply chain to maintain optimal smartphone and IoT stock availability.
- Coach and mentor store supervisors and brand promoters to enhance sales conversion ratios and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of retail sales management experience managing multiple stores in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or chain retail.
- Age profile between 24 to 28 years old with vibrant leadership energy.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, store KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Exceptional verbal English and Urdu communication, customer engagement, and motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Area Sales Manager or Retail Store Manager with smartphone brands (OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, Samsung).
- Demonstrated ability to drive footfall traffic and sales conversions during competitive product launch cycles.
