About the Role
The City School Ravi Campus, Lahore is seeking a qualified educational leader for the position of Head Mistress (Early Years). The chosen candidate will guide academic curriculum delivery, supervise early childhood educators, and build a world-class nurturing environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary academic leadership for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at Ravi Campus, Lahore.
- Oversee early years curriculum implementation, instructional design, and continuous professional development for teaching staff.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, performance appraisals, and structured feedback sessions to ensure international teaching standards.
- Monitor student developmental milestones and learning outcomes using age-appropriate assessment metrics.
- Engage proactively with parents, addressing queries, hosting orientations, and cultivating a transparent community partnership.
- Supervise daily campus academic administration, timetable scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, English, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of progressive academic leadership and teaching experience within reputed Cambridge or private school networks.
- In-depth expertise in modern Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pedagogies and child psychology.
- Exceptional parent relations, interpersonal communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency with modern educational technology, learning management platforms, and academic reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Montessori credential.
- Prior administrative experience leading early years departments at prestigious private school systems.
