About the Role
Domino's Pizza Pakistan is hiring a visionary Head of Marketing at its Corporate Head Office in Karachi. The marketing leader will direct national brand strategy, digital performance marketing, mobile app growth, innovative menu launches, and customer retention programs to grow long-term market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national brand positioning, creative communications, and annual marketing plans directly tied to top-line revenue and EBITDA.
- Drive digital acquisition and performance marketing across mobile apps, online web ordering, and food aggregator channels with a sharp focus on CAC and ROAS.
- Spearhead new product and menu innovations, value platforms, and promotional campaigns that boost order frequency without margin erosion.
- Harness advanced consumer analytics, customer segmentation, and CRM automation to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Manage creative, media, and digital agencies while maintaining strict alignment with Domino's global brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's / MBA in Marketing from a premier business school.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant tenure in QSR, FMCG, retail, or high-growth consumer e-commerce.
- Proven track record of driving rapid customer acquisition, digital transformation, and brand equity growth.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing algorithms, retention marketing, and marketing data analytics.
- Charismatic leadership style combining artistic creative vision with rigorous commercial and financial discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior marketing leadership experience with major international food franchises or global consumer brands in Pakistan.
- Hands-on expertise utilizing AI tools and predictive modeling for consumer personalization.
