About the Role
Master Textile Mills Ltd is hiring a visionary Head of Performance Marketing & E-Commerce at its complex on Raiwind Road, Lahore. The leader will scale direct-to-consumer online fashion brands, direct Meta and Google paid ad campaigns, optimize ROAS, and drive global marketplace sales on Amazon and Daraz.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing and e-commerce growth strategies to scale brand sales.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-million rupee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC.
- Lead international e-commerce marketplace expansion across Amazon, Daraz, and Alibaba, overseeing SEO and advertising.
- Optimize website conversion funnels, landing page UI/UX, checkout velocity, and customer retention email/SMS flows.
- Monitor campaign analytics, ROAS attribution, and customer lifetime value using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BI dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in performance marketing and digital brand scaling, with demonstrable e-commerce revenue growth.
- Deep expertise managing large-scale paid media budgets across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Solid knowledge of marketplace algorithms (Amazon PPC / Daraz Sponsored Solutions) and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and senior team leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior performance marketing leadership for leading apparel, denim, or retail fashion e-commerce brands.
- Certified in Google Ads, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, or GA4.
