About the Role
Nishat Mills Ltd is hiring a seasoned Head of Sales & Marketing in Lahore to direct global sales strategy, manage key international retail accounts, and drive export revenue for its Bath Linen division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategy for the Bath Linen business to accomplish corporate revenue, profitability, and volume targets
- Build and expand business relationships with premier international retail brands, overseas buying houses, and global distributors
- Lead pricing, product costing, commercial contract negotiations, and order conversion in alignment with corporate goals
- Oversee end-to-end export sales cycles from initial design inquiry and sampling to manufacturing delivery
- Analyze global textile market trends, raw material pricing dynamics, and competitor strategies to reinforce market share
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- 16 years of education (Master's / Bachelor's) in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or relevant discipline
- 8 to 10 years of proven sales & marketing leadership experience, preferably within home textiles or bath linen exports
- Extensive exposure to international export sales, overseas buyer management, and commercial negotiations
- Deep understanding of global home textile dynamics, international compliance standards, and product costing
- Outstanding executive leadership, strategic vision, and communication capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Established track record of expanding export accounts in North American and European retail markets
