HR Executive (Payroll & Operations)
About the Role
Crown Solar Energy is hiring an HR Executive (Male) at Port Qasim, Karachi, to manage plant workforce payroll processing, biometric attendance, employee onboarding, and factory HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-payroll activities, timecards, biometric attendance records, shift rosters, and leave adjustments
- Process accurate monthly wages and payroll disbursements for industrial factory workers and technical staff
- Track and resolve daily attendance missing entries, overtime hours, and shift rotations
- Maintain and update employee files, employment contracts, and records in HRIS/SAP systems
- Support plant recruitment, drafting offer letters, new hire inductions, and statutory labor compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, plant HR, and industrial payroll administration
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, payroll sheets) and working knowledge of HRIS/SAP
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication abilities
- Comfortable working on-site at factory location in Port Qasim, Karachi
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing plant HR operations, EOBI, and social security documentation
