Human Resources Executive
About the Role
Global Marks Pvt Ltd is hiring a dedicated Human Resources Executive for its corporate operations in Soan Garden, Islamabad. The role oversees end-to-end recruitment pipelines, personnel record administration, employee relations, and compliance with Pakistani statutory labor guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire onboarding, orientations, and ensure prompt completion of employee personnel files.
- Track daily employee attendance, leave management records, and assist finance with monthly payroll inputs.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, performance appraisals, and internal grievance resolution.
- Ensure company practices comply with federal and provincial labor laws and corporate HR policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on human resources experience in a reputable corporate setup.
- Solid knowledge of labor regulations, talent acquisition platforms, and modern HR documentation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution industry.
- Residence in or proximity to Soan Garden / Expressway / Rawalpindi-Islamabad.
