About the Role
Vital Pakistan Trust is recruiting an HRBP - Learning & Development in Karachi. The professional manages organization-wide capacity building, training needs assessments (TNA), leadership development, and employee engagement programs across head office and community health clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across clinical, field, and administrative teams.
- Design, implement, and evaluate interactive learning programs, leadership workshops, and healthcare compliance seminars.
- Develop annual training calendars, track training metrics, and measure training effectiveness via Kirkpatrick's model.
- Lead organization-wide employee engagement campaigns, recognition schemes, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with departmental directors to support talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage external training vendor contracts, budgets, and digital learning management platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Learning & Development.
- Demonstrated experience designing adult learning curricula and delivering interactive group training.
- Exceptional presentation, group facilitation, and empathetic interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or Certified Training Professional).
- Experience working in healthcare organizations, development trusts, or academic medical centers.
