About the Role
Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited is recruiting an Investment Analyst at its Head Office in Karachi. The role offers prime exposure across real estate financial modeling (DCF, IRR), REIT scheme structuring, commercial transaction execution, and asset underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and audit sophisticated financial models (Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, scenario sensitivity) for real estate investments.
- Conduct in-depth commercial property valuations, market feasibility studies, and rental yield analyses.
- Assist in end-to-end deal execution, collaborating with legal counsels, property valuers, and SECP regulatory bodies.
- Draft Information Memoranda, investor pitch decks, board presentations, and quarterly fund performance reports.
- Monitor operational asset performance and tenant rental revenues against initial underwriting assumptions.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA Charterholder or candidate strongly preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or equity research.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills in MS Excel with advanced knowledge of valuation methodologies.
- Sound comprehension of real estate commercial dynamics and REIT regulatory frameworks in Pakistan.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and concise written business communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct transactional experience with listed or developmental REIT schemes in Pakistan.
- Passed CFA Level I, II, or III examinations.
