IT Support Executive
About the Role
KFC Pakistan is looking for an IT Support Executive in Lahore to manage restaurant POS systems, desktop hardware, networking infrastructure, and corporate technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to head office staff and regional restaurant outlets
- Install, configure, and maintain point-of-sale (POS) hardware, thermal printers, barcode scanners, and terminals
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, internal ERP applications, and network connectivity issues
- Assist in network cabling, router/switch configuration, and branch internet failover systems
- Maintain hardware asset inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and document troubleshooting tickets
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or retail technology maintenance
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting desktop hardware, Windows environments, and POS peripherals
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking, IP routing, and wireless infrastructure
- High responsiveness, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior IT support experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail chain networks, or hospitality
