Legal Adviser (Corporate & Litigation)
About the Role
The National Police Foundation (NPF) is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser in Islamabad to manage statutory compliance, advise on corporate real estate transactions, and represent the Foundation before High Courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to the Board of Directors and Managing Director on corporate governance and statutory operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, real estate joint ventures, land acquisition deeds, and service agreements
- Represent NPF before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, Civil Courts, and arbitration tribunals
- Formulate legal strategies for civil litigations, service appeals, property disputes, and procurement matters
- Ensure institutional compliance with public sector regulations, PPRA rules, and federal legal statutory requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- LL.B. from an HEC-recognized university with valid enrollment as an Advocate of High Court or Supreme Court of Pakistan
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal practice experience in public sector organizations, autonomous bodies, or reputable law firms
- Extensive background in real estate law, civil and criminal litigation, government procurement, and corporate contracts
- Strong analytical, legal drafting, and courtroom advocacy capabilities
- Maximum age limit up to 50 years
Preferred Qualifications
- LL.M. from a reputable local or foreign university with specialized background in commercial or public-sector law
