About the Role
Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority, Government of the Punjab invites applications for Male Academic Staff Teachers at the Centre of Excellence (Boys), Sialkot. The teachers deliver curriculum instruction, mentor gifted students, and foster residential school activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom teaching in secondary and higher secondary grades (Matric / O-Levels / F.Sc).
- Develop lesson plans, formative assessments, examination papers, and digital instructional materials.
- Conduct remedial tutorials and personalized academic mentoring for underprivileged and gifted students.
- Supervise student residential boarding activities, study prep hours, and character development routines.
- Organize co-curricular activities, debating clubs, science exhibitions, and inter-school academic competitions.
- Maintain disciplined student records, evaluate examination papers, and participate in faculty development workshops.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree (16 years education) or BS (4 years) in English, Physics, Mathematics, or relevant subject with at least 2nd Division.
- 2–4 years of teaching experience in a well-reputed educational institution, cadet college, or public school.
- Excellent English communication skills, well-groomed personality, and progressive pedagogical mindset.
- Upper age limit up to 45 years.
- Domicile of Punjab Province.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. professional degree in education.
- Experience in a residential boarding school or cadet college setting.
