Management System Executive (QHSE & IMS)
About the Role
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking a motivated Management System Executive at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura. The professional will spearhead Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, BRCGS Packaging, and SEDEX SMETA certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) manuals, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Ensure plant compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRCGS, and SEDEX SMETA international standards.
- Coordinate and conduct internal system audits, identifying process non-conformities and executing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor plant environmental indicators, occupational health & safety compliance, and hazardous materials protocols.
- Facilitate external certification audits, management review meetings, and employee quality awareness training.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BS in Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Management from an HEC-recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Integrated Management Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, BRCGS Packaging, and internal audit methodologies.
- Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and technical report drafting capabilities.
- High commitment to workplace safety culture and continual improvement principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
- Prior experience in flexible packaging, BOPP, or petrochemical manufacturing industries.
