Management Trainee Officer (MTO – Consumer Sales)
About the Role
Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), one of Pakistan's premier Oil Marketing Companies, invites high-achieving fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program in Consumer Sales at Lahore. The trainee will gain rotation-based corporate exposure in industrial fuel distribution and commercial client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist corporate sales managers in developing institutional B2B accounts across industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors.
- Engage with consumer fuel clients to understand bulk petroleum requirements, tankage setups, and supply schedules.
- Contribute to end-to-end sales lifecycles including customer prospecting, sales quotation drafting, and order fulfillment tracking.
- Conduct market intelligence surveys on competitor fuel pricing, commercial credit terms, and regional demand forecasts.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Terminal Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time fuel deliveries and invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BBA or MBA with mandatory specialization in Marketing from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above out of 4.0 (mandatory criteria).
- Fresh graduate with strong commercial mindset and passion for the oil & gas energy sector.
- Outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and modern digital productivity suites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior corporate internship experience with leading multinational or local FMCG / energy companies.
- Active participation in university business case competitions or student leadership societies.
