About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in operational rotation across manufacturing units, assisting Project and Maintenance Engineers.
- Analyze machine energy consumption data and recommend energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduate up to 1 year of relevant industrial or internship experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical mindset, quick learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated final year project in packaging machinery or energy conservation.
