About the Role
Advance Converter Private Limited is hiring an enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Sales & Marketing division in Karachi. The trainee will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in industrial packaging conversion, B2B client acquisition, order management, and corporate customer relationship handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn industrial converting products, technical specifications, and B2B sales methodologies through structured training.
- Assist corporate sales executives in identifying new commercial leads and scheduling client presentation meetings.
- Support daily client follow-ups, price quotation drafting, sample submissions, and customer inquiries.
- Conduct industrial market research, tracking competitor pricing, and compiling market demand reports.
- Coordinate with plant production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of sales internship/trainee experience with high motivation to build a sales career.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive verbal communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- High energy, self-driven learning attitude, and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic background or familiarity with flexible packaging, paper converting, or industrial materials.
- Valid motorcycle or personal conveyance for client visits across Karachi.
