About the Role
Lyallpur Galleria is hiring an experienced Manager Administration & Security in Faisalabad to oversee commercial facility management, security apparatus, emergency preparedness, and general administrative services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration, commercial mall security, and operational facility management
- Manage physical security personnel, surveillance infrastructure, and liaison with law enforcement agencies
- Coordinate facility maintenance, janitorial operations, parking logistics, and fire-life safety protocols
- Implement administrative policies, service-level agreements, and standard operating procedures for mall vendors
- Ensure visitor safety, emergency response preparedness, and high standards of organizational discipline
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution
- Retired Armed Forces Officer (Col. / Lt. Col. retired within the last 5 years preferred)
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in security management, administration, and corporate facility oversight
- Demonstrated crisis management, conflict resolution, and large-scale public facility security leadership
- Strong coordination, communication, and multi-department administrative control skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience heading administration and security in commercial malls, luxury hotels, or premier corporate complexes
